The Brian Norris Foundation was established in December of 2007 as a Texas Non-profit Corporation to support at-risk youth through counseling services and scholarship funds.  As of March 2011, The Brian Norris Foundation has provided five college scholarships to high school seniors who have overcome strong obstacles along their young paths.

Plans are underway to raise $3,900,000 that will create an eclectic French cuisine restaurant in downtown Austin, Nostra Belle Vie.  This project will in turn support the establishment of an Art and Environment Academy, with campuses in both Austin and Harlingen.  Students who have suffered tragedy in their lives will be given the opportunity to recover and build back their self esteem in a learning environment focused on culinary arts, life skills, religion, music, and the arts.  Additionally, a “Life Cookbook” is under development as a collection of recipes and inspirational stories to be used as a fundraiser for the foundation’s passionate goals.
